Data Deletion

You can ask Paletix to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, including data we received through WhatsApp or other Meta platforms when you talked to a business that uses Paletix.

How to ask

• Email hello@paletix.aiwith the subject "Data deletion request".
• Include the phone number you used on WhatsApp (with country code) and, if you know it, the name of the business you talked to.
• To stop messages right away, you can also reply "stop" in the WhatsApp conversation.

What happens next

• We confirm we received your request within 3 business days.
• We may ask for a short check that the phone number is yours, for example a code sent to it.
• We delete your messages, contact details, answers and booking details within 30 days, and tell the business that used Paletix to talk to you.
• We keep only your phone number and the date of your request on a do-not-contact list, so no Paletix worker messages you again. If you want that removed too, say so.
• We email you when the deletion is complete.

Data the business keeps in its own systems (for example its own CRM or calendar) is under its control. We will pass your request to it.
